The website exhibits poor visual design, slow upload speeds, and a lack of quality images, leading to a confusing user experience. These issues contribute to low user engagement, impacting the site’s effectiveness and professionalism.

Solution

Effective website design incorporates consistency, colors, typography, imagery, simplicity, and functionality to convey the intended message and engage visitors.

1. Overlapping & Responsive Issues:
Users complain about overlapping images and irresponsive design.
Recommendation: Ensure proper scaling for responsiveness.

2. Visibility:
Congested text and low-resolution images.
Recommendation: Add HD images and equalize spacing between text.

3. Lack of Information:
Incomplete information on pages.
Recommendation: Add detailed information on all required pages.

4. Technical Glitches:
Users report server downtime and slow loading.
